Website design for service businesses: clear, fast and easy to contact.

A website has four jobs. Say what the business does, load fast, be easy to find, and make it simple to get in touch. We build the site around those four, and every enquiry goes straight into the rest of your system.

What you get

  • Pages that say what you do

Each service gets its own page, written in the words your customers use, with who it is for and where you work.

  • Fast on a phone

Light pages that open quickly on a mobile connection, because that is where many people will first see you.

  • An easy way to get in touch

A phone number, a short form and a booking link, on every page, never more than one tap away.

How a website job runs

  1. Step 1

    We learn the business

What you sell, who buys it, the questions they ask before they call, and what the current site gets wrong.

  2. Step 2

We plan the pages, then build

You see the list of pages and what each one says before any design work starts. Then we build it in your own accounts.

  3. Step 3

We test it and put it live

Every form and link is checked on a phone and a desktop. Then the site goes live on your domain and we show your team how to edit it.

What every site we build includes

  • One topic per page, with a clear title, so people and search engines can tell what the page is about.
  • The domain, the hosting and the analytics sit in your own accounts and stay yours.
  • Forms that send the enquiry somewhere it will be seen, not into an inbox nobody checks.
  • A way for your team to change words and photos without calling us.
  • Plain language throughout. No jargon, and nothing the business cannot back up.

The website is the front door, not the whole building

We build AI, automation, custom software and websites to work as one system, so the site is wired into what sits behind it. An enquiry from the contact form lands in your CRM with the details already filled in, the right person is told, and a reply goes out. Nobody copies it from an email into a spreadsheet.

Questions

What does small business website design include?

Planning the pages, writing down what each one needs to say, the design, the build, the contact forms, the technical basics for search, and putting it live on your domain. The written scope lists every page and every connection, so you know what is in before we start.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on how many pages you need and what the site has to connect to, so we do not publish a figure. We look at how the business runs and what the site has to do, then write up a scope with the cost in it. Nothing starts until you agree to it.

How long does a website take to build?

That depends on the number of pages and how quickly the words and photos come together. The scope gives the time alongside the cost, and you read both before you commit.

Who owns the website once it is live?

You do. The domain, the hosting and the analytics are set up in your own accounts. If we stopped working together tomorrow, the site would keep running and you would hold every login.

Can we update the site ourselves?

Yes. We set it up so your team can change text, photos and pages, and we show them how before we hand it over.

We already have a website. Do you start again?

Not always. We look at what is there first. If the current site is sound, we say so and the scope covers only what needs fixing. If it is holding the business back, we explain why in plain words before recommending a rebuild.
