A 1 to 2 week paid engagement. We walk the business, tools, docs, data, the recurring work eating the team's time, and draw the plan for your AI system. You leave with a proposal. The fee credits toward Foundation if you proceed.
Foundation
After 1 to 2 weeks of data engineering, installed in a single day, on-site at your office or live and screen-shared if you're remote. The core of your AI system comes online: Layers 1 to 3 set, plumbed, and reasoning over the business.
Build
Modules raised on top of Foundation, single workflows, end-to-end. Each one architected to the recurring work eating your week, scoped and priced per business. Maintain baseline keeps the system running between builds.

How long does it take to get started?
About a month. Survey scopes everything in 1 to 2 weeks, data engineering takes another 1 to 2 weeks, then Foundation is installed in a single day, on-site or remote. Modules follow, each quoted and timelined before we build it.
