Business dashboards and reporting: your weekly numbers on one screen.
The figures an owner looks at each week tend to live in different places: accounts in one tool, jobs in another, bookings in a third. We pull them together so you open one screen and see where the business stands, without asking anyone to build a report first.
What you see
The numbers you already check
Sales, work in progress, unpaid invoices, bookings ahead. We start from the questions you ask every week.
Kept up to date
The screen refreshes from your tools on a set schedule, so there is no copying figures into a spreadsheet each Monday.
What needs attention
Overdue items and figures outside the range you set are shown at the top, so they are the first thing you read.
How it works day to day
- Step 1
Your tools are connected
Each source is read directly, so nobody has to export a file.
- Step 2
The figures are brought together
Figures are matched up so a customer or a job means the same thing wherever it came from.
- Step 3
You open one screen
On a laptop, a phone or the office wall. A written summary can also arrive by email or Microsoft Teams.
Where the numbers come from
- Accounting: Xero or MYOB for income, costs and what is owed.
- Spreadsheets you still rely on, in Excel or Google Drive.
- Payments and online sales from Stripe and Shopify.
- Bookings and capacity from Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Your job, practice or property management software, where it allows a connection.
Why a dashboard works best as part of the system
A dashboard is only as good as the information beneath it. When your enquiries, quotes and jobs already run through connected tools, the reporting has little left to collect. That is the reason we treat AI, automation, custom software and websites as one build: each part records what it does, and the dashboard reads all of it.
Questions
What do business dashboards and reporting involve?
We find out which numbers you use to run the business, connect the tools that hold them and build a single screen that shows them together. Reports that used to be put together by hand are produced for you.
How much does a dashboard cost?
The main factor is how many sources feed it and how tidy the information in them is, which differs for every business. For that reason we give the cost in a scope written for you, after we have seen your tools. No work begins before you have agreed to that scope.
How long until we can use it?
A screen fed by one accounting file is quicker to build than one that joins several tools. We set out the timing in the scope, so you know it before you say yes.
Where is our data kept?
In your own accounts. The dashboard reads from your tools and belongs to you. Where AI is used to write a summary, the model runs under business terms and does not train on your data.
Can different people see different things?
Yes. An owner, an office manager and a site supervisor rarely need the same view. We set up who can see what, so financial detail stays with the people who should have it.
Our records are a mess. Is a dashboard still worth it?
Often the first job is tidying up how information is recorded, and we will say so plainly in the scope. A dashboard built on unreliable records only shows you unreliable numbers faster.
